  • Using sources such as Form 5500 filings and employer data, we identify the organizations, plan sponsors, and participant audiences most likely connected to the case. This research helps ensure the campaign reaches individuals who are more likely to qualify as potential plaintiffs.

  • Clarkwork develops the full campaign framework, including advertising copy, headlines, graphics, and the intake landing page where potential plaintiffs can submit information. All materials are submitted to your firm for review and approval prior to launch.

  • Once approved, we deploy the campaign on LinkedIn using carefully defined audience targeting. Ads direct individuals to a secure intake landing page designed to encourage quick and simple submissions.

  • When individuals submit information through the intake page, those leads are routed directly to your legal team, typically via email or form notifications, allowing your attorneys to quickly evaluate potential claimants.

  • We monitor campaign performance throughout the run and make adjustments when appropriate. Once your firm has reached its desired plaintiff volume, the campaign and intake system are shut down to prevent unnecessary spend.

For a limited time, new clients can launch their first campaign for $2,000 (plus ad spend), and we will waive the $500 ad account setup fee.

This allows firms to test the process and launch their first plaintiff search campaign with $1,000 in total savings.

This offer applies only to a client’s first campaign with Clarkwork Consulting for a Plaintiff Search for an eligible ERISA case. Subsequent campaigns will be billed at the standard $2,500 campaign management fee per case, plus applicable advertising spend. The $500 ad account setup fee is waived for new clients as part of this offer and is normally charged once per client account. Advertising spend is billed directly through the client’s advertising account and is not included in Clarkwork Consulting’s fees outlined above. Campaign results may vary based on case type, targeting, competition, and audience response. Results and lead volume are not guaranteed.
